The Northeast Selects philosophy is all about player development. Each tournament we enter will consistently challenge each and every player. While we will win our share of games and tournaments, the Northeast Selects emphasize putting our teams into tournaments where they will be challenged each and every game. If a team makes it to the finals in every tournament they play, we feel that team should be playing against better competition.
